As the author of all images made hereunder and as provided for by law, The Photographer(s) shall retain the copyrights in perpetuity, regardless of possession or ownership of negatives, photographs, digital files or any other format of reproduction. Use by The Client: The parties agree that The Client may use the images created hereunder for the specific purposes of self-promotion in social networks (known to date or yet to appear). Use by The Photographer: The parties agree that The Photographer(s) may use the images created hereunder for self-promotional or educational purposes without limit to medium, date or geographic location.The Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless The Photographer(s) for any legal action arising from a third party as the result of The Client’s use of the images created under this agreement.
The Client represents to the Photographer that the Client has secured all necessary consents and approvals (including that of any children's parents and carers, as necessary) from the subjects of the images. The Client undertakes to notify the Photographer immediately in case of any withdrawal of consent so that the Photographer may take appropriate action.

O fotógrafo e os seus colaboradores atuam de acordo com as leis do território onde atuam e em particular no que dizem respeito ao direito à imagem das pessoas presentes em espaços públicos, e também e especialmente com as leis que protegem as crianças, a sua imagem e a sua privacidade.
Em Portugal, os endereços às imagens e à privacidade constam da Constituição da República Portuguesa (art. 26.º) e do Código Civil (art. 79.º), existindo ainda uma Lei de Protecção de Crianças e Jovens no Perigo e uma Convenção sobre os Direitos da Criança.
O Cliente declara ao Fotógrafo que obteve todos os consentimentos e aprovações necessários (incluindo os dos pais e tutores das crianças, conforme necessário) dos sujeitos das imagens. O Cliente compromete-se a notificar imediatamente o Fotógrafo em caso de qualquer retirada de consentimento para que o Fotógrafo possa tomar as medidas adequadas.
